A Svaroopa® Yoga Therapy session awakens vitality, dissolves pain, unlocks your fluid mobility and expands your range of motion. Atmananda has experience and training to treat these health issues and conditions: chronic and acute pain; issues and pain in spine, knees, feet, neck, and shoulders; migraines and headaches; autoimmune conditions; asthma and allergies, women's and men's health issues; fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome; digestive issues; cancer and other life threatening diseases as additional treatment. Svaroopa® yoga therapy has three avenues of healing: 1. Pranayama (breathing practice) a profoundly effective and simple breathing practice that deeply heals. 2. Embodyment® a hands on healing modality based in yogic principles. 3. Svaroopa yoga pose therapy consists of slow gently guided and therapist supported poses that meet your body’s specific needs for releasing tension. Your body has the inner resources for health; you simply need to learn how to access it.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of a class or session by calling or texting Atmananda @ 610-241-4549. The class or session will then be available for you to reschedule within the package period. If less than 24 hours notice for cancellation is given, this is a missed class or session. The full price for the session or class will be charged. This is waived in the occurrence of an emergency. If you are unable to use all of your classes before your class package expires, 100% of your remaining balance will be available to use for private sessions. If you are unable to use all of your private sessions before your private session package expires, the sessions you did use in your package will be recalculated at the full price for each session and the remaining balance will be refunded. Refunds and exceptions to these policies are given in the case of emergencies. Please contact Atmananda to request a refund.
