Svaroopa® yoga releases spinal tentions. Each class begins and ends with yoga’s relaxation pose: shavasana. Next you are guided through a yoga breathing practice which profoundly increases your immune system and vitality. Followed by poses, you learn more ways to release your spinal tension and live without tension. Specific poses also teach you how to use and strengthen your arms, legs, and abs instead of creating spinal tensions. You learn new ways to be in your body and mind without stress and tension. With every class you learn how to access your inner capacity for deeper balance and strength without strain. Svaroopa® yoga gently opens your inner capacity for endurance, joy, strength, and peace. Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of a class or session by calling or texting Atmananda @ 610-241-4549. The class or session will then be available for you to reschedule within the package period. If less than 24 hours notice for cancellation is given, this is a missed class or session. The full price for the session or class will be charged. This is waived in the occurrence of an emergency. If you are unable to use all of your classes before your class package expires, 100% of your remaining balance will be available to use for private sessions. If you are unable to use all of your private sessions before your private session package expires, the sessions you did use in your package will be recalculated at the full price for each session and the remaining balance will be refunded. Refunds and exceptions to these policies are given in the case of emergencies. Please contact Atmananda to request a refund.
